Draft — not a legal document. During early access, the terms of each invitation apply. The final terms are between the seller and Dataforte AB and are checked by a lawyer before they are published.
What the final terms will cover
- The service: building and running a store, what the platform does and what stays the seller's responsibility.
- Accounts, invitations and who may act for a seller.
- Credits and prices: what is paid, when, and how VAT is shown.
- Content and pictures: the seller's rights in their photos, what the AI makes from them, and what may not be sold or shown.
- Stores and shoppers: consumer-law obligations the platform implements and the seller's legal role.
- Availability, changes to the service, termination and the law that applies (Sweden).
